Thomas John Francois of Apache Junction, AZ, went home to be with his Savior unexpectedly on July 11, 2020. He was 70 years old.
He was born in Green Bay, WI. He came with his family to Arizona City in 1964. He went to Casa Grande Union High School and learned the art of woodworking by Lee Be Dillon. He became a master craftsman woodworker and owned and operated customwoodworkingaz.com. Tom was also a musician and played the trumpet, drums, and keyboard. He entertained as a one man band and also joined his sister Cynthia Francois as an entertaining duo. Tom loved to fish at Roosevelt Lake and enjoyed camping with his wife in the Superstition mountains state park. Tom was a wonderful patriot and loved his county.
Tom is the son of John “Jack” Francois of Casa Grande and the late June VanRemortal Francois. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen Hayes and his daughter, Sarah Francois. He is also survived by his four sisters and two brothers: Karen and her husband Kelly Quinn, Cynthia Francois and her husband Jerry Howard, Steve Francois and his wife Debbie, Barbara and her husband Lytle Rieffer, Brian Francois and his wife Laura, and Mary and her husband Truett Rosenbam.
