Susan Ward Quinones, 71, passed away on Friday November 7th, 2025, with family by her side.
Susan was born on December 5, 1953 to Johnny “Wolf” Ward and Lupe Leija. She was raised in Superior, Arizona. Susie, as we all called her, worked for the State of Arizona Child Support Enforcement for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, talking with her family and friends, and playing games on her phone.
Susie is survived by her daughter Brandi Olmos-Gillam (Ryan), grandchildren Jasmine, Paige, and Ashton; great-grandchildren Leighanna, Karmela, Bella, soon to be baby Angel; brother John, sister Debbie (Nacho), brother Angelo; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. She was welcomed into the gates of heaven by her parents and brother Anthony.
Susie is loved by all and will be deeply missed.
Mass of a Christian Burial will be Saturday, November 15, 2025 at St Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, located at 60 Church Ave, Superior, AZ 85173.
Recitation of the Rosary to begin at 9:30 a.m., with Mass of a Christian Burial to begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Fairview Cemetery in Superior, AZ.
