Russell E. Douglas Obituary

Russell Edward Douglas, 95, of Grants, NM passed away March 8, 2017 in Gold Canyon, AZ. Mr. Douglas, a retiree from the Kerr-McGee Corporation, was born in Clifton, CO on July 11, 1921 to parents Alvar and Anna (Dressellhaus) Douglas.

Russell is survived by his wife, Laberta Marie Douglas of Gold Canyon, AZ; daughter, Terri Jean Armijo of Albuquerque, NM; son, Troy Alan Douglas of Grand Junction, CO; step-daughter, Tomme Lynn Owens of South Bend, IN; grand-daughter, Marci Douglas of Grand Junction, CO; and also the extended family members of his step-son and step-daughter, which he thought so much of.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Superstition Cremation & Funeral Services in Apache Junction, AZ and services will be held March 28, 2017 at 11:00am at First Presbyterian Church in Grants, NM. In lieu of flowers, please donate to City of Grants Animal Care Shelter or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
