Robert Scott ‘Scotty’ Alexander was born to Geraldine (Gerry) and Robert Alexander on Dec 13th, 1947, in Everett, WA. He passed away February 21st, 2024, at the age of 76.

He went to Cascade High School and graduated in 1965. He was a Vietnam Veteran of the Navy and a proud servant of his country. Scott is survived by his beautiful wife and love of his life Carmen Plumey-Alexander, 4 children Jared Alexander (Michelle), Nicole Alexander (Jones), Gayle Alexander and Julie Alexander, 2 stepchildren Zamia Freund (Ken) and Gene Silva. His grandchildren Hannah, Hunter, Luke, Aspen, and Mabelle were his pride and joy.

Scott also known as Scotty or Pops, was always a hardworking man. Early to rise and greet the day and he instilled those values in his children. He worked most of his life at Associated Sand and Gravel where he drove a cement truck and later worked in the scale house. He loved warm, sunny weather, and in his younger years enjoyed hunting and fishing. One of his kids’ fondest memories were the various fishing derbies they would participate in. His greatest passion and number one entertainment choice was golfing! With the hot sun and a plethora of golf courses to choose from in Arizona, it’s no wonder he ended up there. It was destiny and where he met his match and true love, Carmen. The perfect couple. Scotty enjoyed taking Carmen out dancing the night away, visiting with his friends at The Rodeo and hanging out watching sports on TV with his lap dog, Charlee. Scotty also had a passion for Harley Davison motorcycles and classic cars.

He was a fun, social and loving man who will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Until we meet again…

Celebration of Life will be held at The Rodeo in Gold Canyon, AZ on March 15th, 2024, at 2:00pm.
