Mickey L Street, 73, formerly of Helena, MT, passed away on February 24, 2022 in Mesa AZ surrounded by family.

Mickey was born in Wolf Point, Montana, lived in Poplar, MT the majority of his youth, attending elementary and High School. Mickey graduated from Poplar High School in 1967. From there he attended The University of Montana, Missoula, MT and Carroll College, Helena, MT majoring in Science/ math programs.

He worked and served in the Montana National Guard in Helena, MT from 1968 to 1984. Mickey then went to work for Montana Department of Health and Human Services until his retirement in 2004.

In 2004, Mickey and his wife, Becky, retired to Apache Junction, Arizona. During retirement, Mickey worked as a gate guard for community of Montesa, AZ from 2004-2013.

Mickey was noted for his love of hunting and fishing. He was life-long sports fan. His greatest enthusiasm was for his beloved New York Yankees. Mickey attended some of their games and found great pleasure in following them on television. He also followed the Montana Grizzlies faithfully.

Micky was preceded in death by his parents, Lou and Ruth Street of Helena, MT. He is survived by his wife, Becky, of Apache Junction, sister Coleen Street, brother Terry Street (Kelli) both of Helena, MT area, nephew Andrew Penamora of Green River, WY, and numerous cousins in Wolf Point, MT, Knoxville, TN, Jerseyville, IL, and Jackson, MS.

At his request no services are planned at this time. Celebration of Life near Wolf Point, MT will be scheduled for summer of 2022.
