John Dennis Tirpak Obituary

John Dennis Tirpak, age 65, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2015 after a long illness. John was born on June 20, 1950 in Painesville, Ohio. Preceded in death by his parents John T. and Ruth (Adams) Tirpak. He is survived by his wife, Lily, stepdaughters Heather Fiedler and Jenna (Justin) Smith, his step-granddaughter, Emilee Fiedler, great-granddaughter, Savannah Fiedler, and grandson Bennett Smith, all of Mesa, AZ; his brother, Randy (Pam) Tirpak of Chandler, AZ, his nephew Douglas (Lydia) Tirpak of Colorado, and niece, Melissa (Chris) Baizel of Arizona. John moved from Ohio in the late 1970’s and settled in Arizona. He was a good man, fought a good fight and always loved to joke around. His sarcastic humor was his trademark and one of the things his family and friends loved most. John loved any beach, anywhere, his Harley, Jimmy Buffet, golfing, baseball, football and all sports. He was blessed to have so many wonderful friends. We were blessed to have him in our lives. Farewell to the Captain, may he rest in peace. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12th at 1:00 p.m., Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 E. Main St, Mesa, AZ, 85207. A luncheon and celebration of John’s life will be held at our home immediately following the service.
