Passed Away on April 4, 2024 from medical complications.
Javier was born on January 1, 1961 to Juana F. Castro. Javier graduated from Ray High School in Kearny, Arizona. He then moved to Apache Junction with his wife Olivia L. Garcia and started his own landscaping business. They had two children, Javier L Garcia and Rosalia Williams, and five grandchildren. He was also predeceased by his mother Juana. He is survived by one older brother named Fernando Garcia, an older sister named Aida G. Combs, and wife of 31 years Olivia L. Garcia.
