Clyde H. Hemphill, 58, passed away at his home in Apache Junction, AZ on October 8, 2022, following a short-lived battle with pancreatic cancer. Clyde had a big heart and gruff exterior, but will be most remembered for his sense of humor.

Clyde was preceded in death by his mother, Johnnie D. Holley and father, David Lee Hemphill.

Clyde is survived by his wife Jill, his son Chris and daughter-in-law Kerry, his granddaughters Zoey and Chloe, and sisters Diane and Mozelle.

Clyde was most concerned with the welfare of animals. Wouldn’t it be great if there were more resources on early detection and cancer prevention as well. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Humane Society or Prevent Cancer Foundation.

A memorial service will be held at Superstition Cremation and Funeral Services, located at 398 E Old West Hwy Apache Junction, AZ 85119, and is scheduled for Friday, October 28, at 11AM.
