Sadie Hunt, age 83, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025. A resident of Apache Junction, Arizona, Sadie was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, and went on to build a life filled with love, laughter, and deep family and friend bonds.
Sadie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother (GiGi) whose bright smile and generous spirit touched everyone who had the blessing of knowing her. She is survived by her daughters, Nancy and Laurie (Harry), her granddaughter, Nicole (Bobby Lee) and grandsons, Robert (Ginny), Sean, and Glen (Alicia), and six great-grandchildren, who brought extraordinary joy to her life.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Chet Hunt, with whom she shared many cherished years. Those who knew Sadie will remember her sense of humor, her kindness, and the way she made others feel welcomed and loved.
Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and she will be dearly missed.
