Marilyn Russo, 79, passed away peacefully at her home in Gold Canyon AZ, on January 6, 2026, with her family by her side. Born in Luck WI July 24, 1946 she lived a life defined by integrity, kindness, and devotion to family. At the age of 5, her family moved to Auburn, WA, Where she grew up, married and started a family,and a career at Boeing before retiring to AZ  In 1993.

She was the wife of Gene Russo, a loving mother to Jason Russo and Danielle Houseman, and a welcoming stepmother to Tony, Victoria, Gloria and David Russo. She was a cherished grandmother, and great-grandmother, who lovingly called her “Grammy”. She is survived by her sister, Betty Hansen, who lives in Sumner WA.

Marilyn was a hardworking analyst at Boeing for 26 years, while raising six children with her husband. She enjoyed movies,popcorn, reading while drinking tea,and creating a warm, welcoming home for family and friends. As ‘Grammy’ she taught kindness and integrity, shared recipes, and hosted unforgettable tea parties. Marilyn Russo will be missed by her husband, family, and all who were fortunate to have known her.
