Augustine C. Keeme Sr., known to many by (Gus) of Apache Junction, Arizona, passed away July 13, 2023, he was 84.
Gus, as he was known to family and friends, was born April 29, 1939 in Sonora Mexico to the late Carlos and Armida Keeme.
He was a veteran of the Arizona National Guard and retired from Arizona State University Maintenance Division in 1987. Gus was an avid hunter, he enjoyed hunting, camping, and fishing trips shared with family and friends.
Gus was preceded in death by his son Mark Keeme, parents Carlos and Armida Keeme, brother Robert Keeme, and sister Bertha Wiseman.
He is survived by his ex-wife Velia Castillo Keeme, sons Mike, Chris, Steve, Augustine Jr., Greg, and Jerry, and daughter Cindy Cluff, Gus had many Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Services will be held on Friday, July 28th, 10 AM at Superstition Cremation & Funeral Services
