On October 29th Butch passed peacefully surrounded by his close family.

He is preceded in death by this parents Louis Medley and Martha Little and his sister Judy Greene.

He is survived by his sister Karen and her husband Elmer Medley, wife Jill Nightingale Medley 2 daughters Lynsey and Nicole, nephew David and Mandi Medley, niece Tina and Eric Caslas Sr, and close friend Lee Esterline.

Originally from Ohio he spent his adult life in Arizona, working as a construction supervisor and heavy equipment operator with multiple companies.

He proudly serviced his country in the US Air Force from 1972 to 1976.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

In leau of flowers his family request donations be made in his honor to Hospice of the Valley whose staff and nurses continuous support and compassion to him and his family exceeded all expectations.
