Warren Allen Wolfe passed away peacefully at his home on June 30th, 2024, at the age of 76.
Warren was born on July 31st, 1947, in Des Moines, Iowa. Des Moines played a vital role in his journey as it paved the road leading him to his lifelong partner, Marilyn Bickel. Meeting in high school, they later married in 1966. Known for his unselfish acts surrounding his family, Warren also had an inspirational work ethic. A staple of his legacy surrounds the Chicago Northwestern Railroad company that he dedicated almost 17 years of service to. Notorious for his home improvement projects, there was always a venture that Warren would work tirelessly on. Warren will continue to be in our hearts and a shining example for others.
Warren is survived by his beloved wife Marilyn of 58 years, his loving sons Mike, Joe, Jason (Amy), and Eric. Warren was proud of his grandchildren, Amanda, Chris, Ryan, Ty, Alyssa, and Spencer, his great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews from both sides of the family, and his special sisters-in-law Gail Cox (Ralph), Karen Bohning (Keith) and Vicki Bontrager (Gari). Warren also leaves behind his faithful dog Sugar.
Warren is preceded in death by his grandparents Jake and Goldie Wolfe, Charles and Nova Molyneux, his mother Maxyne K Wolfe, his father Don J. Wolfe, his daughter-in-law De Wolfe. Warren is also preceded in death by his sisters-in-law Darlene Hall and LaVonne Melton, his brothers-in-law Jack Bickel, Pete Bickel, Jerry Bickel, Jay Bickel, and Marvin Bickel.
Services will be held at 12 PM on July 12th at Superstition Cremation and Funeral Services 398 E. Old West Highway, Apache Junction, AZ 85119

We spent many a days at their house or ours, made many camping trips that ended up being kicked out of the park because we were too loud, says who, or we would keep saying the rain would stop any minute and it never did. Marilyn and I bowled on the same team, remember the flying pantie incident? Our son will never forget Wolfe saying “Now that is a bad day” when the squirrel was laying in the road. Your entire family has our deepest sympathy, he was a fun guy and a good father.
