Travis Cartwright, at 37 years old, passed away on January 31, 2019 at Banner University Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

Travis was born on March 18, 1981 in Mesa, Arizona to Kevin and Judith (Herrington) Cartwright. He grew up in both Gilbert and Apache Junction Arizona. Travis worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Superintendent for Paveco Inc, Combs Construction and SWP Contracting. He was a hard worker and took great pride in everything he did whether it was professionally or personally.

Travis was such a good hearted, loving person and was always willing to help anyone who needed it, whether it was a stranger on the side of the road, or someone in his large circle of family and friends. He would always be there for you when you wanted or needed him to be. Often times, even if you did not know you needed him, he knew you did. Travis was adventurous and enjoyed many things including riding his motorcycle, going to the lake, going to concerts and more importantly, spending time with family. Family meant the world to Travis and anyone who knew him, could feel the love with just one look. The unconditional love he had for his wife and children was never-ending. He was a loving father, husband, son, uncle, brother, and friend that will be greatly missed by all.

His grandparents Carol Eugene Herrington, Ada Knuth, Joyce Marie Cartwright, and his Aunt Mary Pena, preceded Travis in death. Travis is survived by his wife, Ashley Cartwright, their two children, Alexander and Isabella, his grandparents Raymond Cartwright and Jean Knuth, his parents Kevin and Judith (Herrington) Cartwright, brother Casey (Tiffany) Cartwright, sister Mandi (Preston) Knaust, two nephews Mason Knaust and Oliver Cartwright, as well as many cousins, uncles and aunts.
